Evaluations will take place at Discover Fellowship Church.
We are located at 12561 Smith Road Dade City, FL 33525
There are two evaluation times:
Tuesday, Aug 19th (6-8pm)
Saturday, Aug 23rd (9-12pm)

Pricing
Registration is $75. This includes a uniform and an end of season gift.
About the Fall League
Our fall basketball league is open to boys and girls 5K - 8th grade. Everyone must attend one of the evaluations to help us build equal teams.
